For a 25g protein serving: Mix ±1 scoop (34g) into 150-200ml of cold water.
For an optimal 50g protein double serving: Mix ±2 scoops (68g) into 300-400ml of cold water.
Shake well for approximately 30 seconds, let it settle for about 60 seconds and shake again before drinking. Have 1 to 3 servings daily.
Athletes may require more dietary protein than those who do not exercise regularly. Consume up to 5 times daily, as required.
