PhD Nutrition VMX2 is a pre-workout drink.

Per serving it contains 3g of Creatine which increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise as well as 225mg of Caffeine which helps to support mental and physical performance. It also contains Beta-Alanine and L-Taurine which also support exercise performance. Beta Alanine raises muscle Carnosine levels and increases the amount of work you can perform at high intensities while L-Taurine is believed to support muscle performance and energy levels.

This delicious drink also contains a B-vitamin blend consisting of Vitamin B3, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12. These Vitamins have a role in a variety of biological functions but all contribute to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B3 also contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, while Vitamin B6 supports normal red blood cell formation and normal immune system function. Finally, Vitamin B12 plays a role in the process of cell division and supports the normal functioning of the nervous system.

VMX is low in carbohydrates and dextrose. It contains just 1.2g of carbohydrates per serving and less than 0.5g of added dextrose meaning that it is a great choice for those wishing to build lean muscle.

Read product label before use.
Add 1 scoop (10g) of PhD VMX²™ to 300ml of ice cold water and shake for 10 seconds. Use VMX2™ 15-30 minutes before intense exercise. Due to the ultra concentrated formula within this product, use only before intense exercise and do not exceed one serving per day. Do not use at any other time of the day.
