Read product label before use.
On training days, take one (1) serving (2 heaped scoops) mixed into approx. 240mL water, immediately after workout. On non-training days, take one (1) serving (2 heaped scoops) first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. Remain well hydrated when using this product. For best results use in conjunction with other Grenade® products such as 50 Calibre® and AT4®.
